A. Returns of Products due to Delivery Error.

B. Returns of defective products.

  • After the return of the products the defect reported by the customer is checked and then contacted to inform him / her about the results of the inspection.
  • If the defect is found, the product is repaired or replaced, otherwise the transaction can be canceled if the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time and no other product of equivalent or better features or equivalent value can be found by the COMPANY for replacement.
