Description

The Microplane adjustable mandolin slicer consists of an excellent cutting blade, which adapts to three different cutting thicknesses (Flat 8 mm thin, medium 16 mm, thick 32 mm) and a julienne blade. When not using the julienne blade, you can place it in a second tray at the bottom of the mandolin. This way you can keep your kitchen nice and tidy! Dimensions: 30.5 x 10 x 2.5 cm.
