Since 1938 we have remained faithful to the tradition of our art. We create the knife handle using natural and animal materials of calf bone, goat horns, ox horns, roe and deer horn, olive wood and sometimes artificial materials of excellent quality.
We craft the blade with the hammer in the furnace and on the wheel with materials such as shapers, springs and high-quality steel (stainless, damascus, carbon), thus continuing the history of crafting traditional Cretan knives as taught by our grandfather and father who were pioneers at crafting knives in Chania.
At the same time, following the needs of our customers, we improve, modernize and enhance the variety of our knives with the ultimate goal of better service and meeting everyday needs at both private and professional level.
