Knife table sharpener. Quickly, easily and efficiently sharpens any kind of knife thanks to the special washers. Recommended mainly for amateurs. It concerns knives with damascus blade and SG2 central core. A simple and easy way to sharpen your knives without requiring special knowledge or skills. Place the knife on either of the two washers at a 90 degree angle. Then "pass" the knife in one direction 3 or 4 times depending on how much sharpening the knife needs. In any case, follow the following 2 steps: 1st stage (hard): Diamond rods to sharpen the blade in case of a sharp knife. 2nd stage (fine): Ceramic rods for the daily sharpening of the blade and as a finish after the 1st stage. Ceramic washers can be replaced. Caution: Always rest your sharpener on a flat, sturdy surface and use the handle for stability and control during sharpening. Finally you should use a damp cloth to clean the sharpening knife, but never rinse with water.
